Sie wird in Tannen\u00f6l ger\u00f6stet, um an die h\u00f6lzernen Bienenk\u00f6rbe zu erinnern, die man zur Desinfektion anzieht. Um die Aromen zu b\u00fcndeln, ein Karottensaft, der mit Blumen, Kr\u00e4utern und allem, was sich zum Sammeln eignet, aromatisiert wird. Die Kombination funktioniert sehr gut mit der Karotte und der rauchigen Seite des Wachses. Anschlie\u00dfend verarbeitet der Koch ein Gelee aus Bl\u00fctenaufguss, das von Pollen inspiriert ist, da diese unbrauchbar und geschmacklos sind, sobald sie transportiert und getrocknet werden.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5d01b124 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5d01b124\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ein kleiner Ausflug auf die Wiese, um Serpolet-Bl\u00fcten, Rosmarinbl\u00fcten und Holunderknospen zu finden. &#8220;So viel zur Ausgewogenheit, der man eine s\u00e4uerliche Note hinzuf\u00fcgen und die Blume mit einer joghurtartigen Fermentation auffrischen sollte, die ich selbst herstelle, in die ich Honig und Zitronensaft einarbeite, um die S\u00e4ure zu verst\u00e4rken&#8221;.
